Once someone does and their idea of making a observation of change, in itself becomes a border for improvement and a process of the idea ? I've always admired those that are leaders and convince people to see things their way or in a different light to get idea's for change ? Even sometimes if it's wrong we don't know until the process says it doesn't work ? Then change for the better can be sought ? This is just" my opinion", so I hope I don't offend anyone by jumping in on the conversation ? Thanks.....
