		<description>I think innovation is a group process with the &quot;one&quot; with the idea convinces the others to &quot;jump on board &quot; so to speak with the idea of change ?      Once someone does and their idea of making a observation of change, in itself  becomes a border for improvement and a process of the idea ?  I&#039;ve always admired those that are leaders and convince people to see things their way or in a different light to get idea&#039;s for change ?  Even sometimes if it&#039;s wrong we don&#039;t know until the process says it doesn&#039;t work ?  Then change for the better can be sought ?  This is just&quot; my opinion&quot;, so I hope I don&#039;t offend anyone by jumping in on the conversation ?   Thanks.....</description>
